Maria Manuela of Portugal was born 15 August 1527 to John III of Portugal (1502-1557) and Katharina of Castile (1507-1578) and died 12 July 1545 of postpartum haemorrhage. She married Philip II of Spain (1527-1598) 15 November 1543 ^JL .
