"Maine, May 20 - Mrs. Martha Curlhair died May 13 at the home of her daughter in law, Mrs. Cora Curlhair in Bainbridge, aged 81 years. She was a life long resident of Maine till about a year ago when she went to Bainbridge. Burial was in Maine Cemetery. Among out of town friends who were called here to attend the funeral were Mrs. Cora Curlhair, Mr. and Mrs. Lester Andrews and family of Bainbridge, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Butts, Mr. and Mrs. Cleon Mace and daughter of Johnson City, Miss Nora Curlhair, Mr. and Mrs. Smith, Miss Marie Merle, Mr. and Mrs. Hiram Haskins of Endicott."
