'English immigrant ship Mary and John - 1634 Voyage to America

The Mary and John made four documented voyages to the New World. See also Immigrant Ships of New England.
The fourth trip of the Mary and John to colonial America began shortly after March 24, 1633/4, in Southampton. The master was Robert Sayres (or Sayers). A number of the passengers played significant roles in the founding of the nation. They include:
- Nicholas Easton (1593-1675) - Future colonial governor of Rhode Island
- James Barker (Rhode Island), his father, James Barker Sr. died at sea during the same voyage.
