Maud Holland was born circa 1359 to Thomas Holland, 1st Earl of Kent (1314-1360) and Joan of Kent (1328-1385) and died before 13 April 1392 of unspecified causes. She married Hugh de Courtenay (c1345-1374) . She married Waléran III de Ligny (1355-1415) 1380 JL .
