On Wednesday evening, November 23, at 6.30 p.m., the Presbyterian church, Lismore, decorated beautifully with ferns and lilies, was the scene of a very pretty but quiet wedding which was solemnised by the Rev. A. J. Parker, B.A., when May Elizabeth, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alex. Fleming, Corndale, was married to John Clarence, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Parmenter, of Dorroughby.
