Mechislav Davydovich of Busk was born circa 1090 to Davyd Igorevich of Volhynia (c1055-1112) and died 1125 of unspecified causes.
Mecislav Davidovich (c1090-1125) - Princes of Busk, the son of the first Bush prince Davyd Igorevich.
After Davyd Igorevich's death during a short time, many princes attempted to take over the Principality of Buskp. Already in 1112, Yaroslav Svyatopolchich, on behalf of his father, Grand Duke of Kiev, seized the entire Davyd Igorevich's estate, which, in addition to the principality of Bush, also consisted of possessions in the cities of Dubno , Chortoryisk and Dorohobuzh. However, in the following year, after the death of the Grand Prince of Kiev Svyatopolk II Izyaslavich, the new Grand Prince, Vladimir Monomakh gave Mechislav his father's inheritance. Mechislav ruled wisely, following his father's example, in expanding the defenses of the city and building a new church in the city. He also encouraged people to settle in the city and in the vicinity.
However, Prince Mechislav was not happy with the estate for a long time, since in 1120 the principality was overrun by of Russia, Prince Vladimir and Galician Yaroslav Svyatopolchich who ruled in Busk until 1123, when Mechislav was able to recover it.
