Miron Barnovschi Movilă was born 1590 in Toporivtsi, Novoselytsia Rayon, Chernivtsi Oblast, Ukraine to Dimitrie Barnovschi (c1560-c1604) and Elena Balica (c1570-c1630) and died 2 July 1633 Constantinople, Turkey of decapitation.
Miron Barnovschi Movilă was voivode of Moldavia from 13 January 1626 to July 1629 and from April 1633 to 2 July 1633. He died decapitated in Constantinople
