Nathan Fiske II was born 17 October 1642 in Watertown, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, United States to Nathan Fiske (1615-1676) and Susanna Browne (1617-1662) and died 11 October 1694 Watertown, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, United States of unspecified causes. Lieutenant Nathan Fiske, Jr. was born 17 October 1642 in Watertown, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, the son of Nathan Fiske (1615-1696) and Susannah Browne (b. 1617 England). About 1664, he married Elizabeth Fry (1639 - 1696) when he was 22 years old. Their nine children, four sons and five daughters, were born in Watertown, naming two of the boys Nathan and two William.

On 1 October 1673 Nathan Fiske, Jr. bought 220 acres of farmland in Weston from Thomas Underwood and wife Magdalen for £10. He was chosen in November 1674 as a hog reviewer; a tithingman in 1681 and 1684; selectman in 1685, 1688, 1692, and 1693; and town constable in 1689 and 1694.

He died on 11 October 1694 in Watertown, Middlesex County, Massachusetts when he was 51 years old. Administration of the estate was granted to "Elisabeth Fisk, Relict widow of Lt. Nathan Fisk ... and Nathan Fisk his Eldest Son." The inventory of the estate was taken 27 November 1694 by Samuel Johnson, Sr. and Nathaniel Barsham and amounted to 151 pounds. Nathan's son William was a minor at the time of his father's death and chose his uncle David Fiske as his guardian. Division of the estate was made on 21 February 1695 by William Bond, Simon Stone, Nathaniel Barsham, Samuel Thatcher, and William Shattuck.
