Nathaniel married Jemima Fuller on November 10, 1748 in Sharon, Connecticut, Litchfield County, Connecticut. Nathaniel and Jemima had at least 6 children: Jemima, Rachel, Nathaniel, John, James and Cynthia.
Nathaniel was known to be alive in 1789 but may have died within a year (before the 1790 Census). He was living in western Connecticut and had owned land in New York.
Nathaniel is a descendant of the Mayflower passenger, Richard Warren (c1580-1628).
