Nicolae Dimachi was born circa 1778 to Manolache Dimachi (c1745-1823) and Bălașa Rosetti-Roznovanu (c1750-c1820) and died 17 October 1836 Iași, Iași County, Moldavia, Romania of unspecified causes. He married Profira Miclescu (c1790-1859) 1815 .
Nicolae Dimachi held the following functions:

In 1819 he commissions with his wife the construction of the Saint Nicholas Church in Gugești.
