Biography
Odo William Leopold Russell, 1st Baron Ampthill, was born 20 September 1829 in Casa Bianca, Florence, Tuscany, Italy to George William Russell (1790-1846) and Elizabeth Anne Rawdon (1793-1874) and died 25 August 1884 Potsdam, Brandenburg, Germany of peritonitis. He married Emily Theresa Villiers (1843-1927) 5 May 1868 in Watford, Hertfordshire, England, United Kingdom.
