Geni says (in Nov 2017) his mother was born "circa 1185"; her page's manager has been asked to recheck sources. No parents were shown for her. There is a note on her page: "He [Sir Philip de Orreby] married, 2ndly, Alice DE BAUMVILLE. He died circa 1230, dower being allowed to his widow Alice by her son Fulk de Orreby. [Complete Peerage X:168-9, (transcribed by Dave Utzinger)]". There is a WorldConnect link (origin of the above quotation): http://wc.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=GET&db=jweber&id=I24391. That website shows Phil(l)ip's ancestry extending back to the 9th century in several lines: http://wc.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=PED&db=jweber&id=I31422&style=TEXT
Geni gave wife Leuca 3,551 ancestors; 1,689 for her father and 3,496 for her mother; while thePeerage, calling her Leucha de Montalt, shows none for her father but clearly several for her mother, Cecily d'Aubigny, great-granddaughter of two Earls and a Comte and heiress of a manor and a castle.
