Rachel Russell was born circa 1700 to Wriothesley Russell, 2nd Duke of Bedford (1680-1711) and Elizabeth Howland (1682-1724) and died 22 May 1777 of unspecified causes. She married Scroop Egerton, 1st Duke of Bridgewater (1681-1745) 4 August 1722 .
