To son Wm Warren 50 acres “I doe live upon”, he failing in heirs [then] to first male son of son Thomas within 10 yrs. If son Thomas has no male heir within 10 years the land to go to granddaughter Mary Parker To Granddaughter Jane Martin and Margarit Martin her sister a mare and “I doe desire that Elizabeth Martin may live upon the said plantation without any Molestation and to have house and Ground as much as she and her little ones can tend During three Yeares” To Grand-children Mary Parker and Ann Warren a colt. To son Thos Warren “I give to my son Thomas Warren my Old Mare likewise I doe order that Mary Parker and ann Warren my Grand Children may be left unto my Son William Warren until they be sixteen year old each of them furthermore if the said William Warren should trouble his Brother Thomas Warren about his Cattle then the said Cattle to be made good of the said Cattle which belong to the said Plantation” Balance of estate to Wm Warren for the good of her [Rachel’s] Grand-childen Mary Parker and Ann Warren “with the provisor that Thomas Warren Cattle be not meddle with by the said William Warren”.
