Rebecca Jackson was born on March 25, 1697 in Old Castel, County Meath, Ireland to Isaac Jackson and Ann Evans. She married Jeremiah Starr on January 10, 1716 in Ballytore, Ireland. They were members of the Carlow Monthly Meeting. Rebecca and Jeremiah immigrated to America after 1716 and settled in London Grove, Chester County, Pennsylvania colony. Rebecca died on August 12, 1761 in London Grove, Pennsylvania.
