Richard Seymour-Conway, 4th Marquess of Hertford, was born 22 February 1800 in London, England, United Kingdom to Francis Charles Seymour-Conway, 3rd Marquess of Hertford (1777-1842) and Maria Emilia Fagnani (1771-1856) and died 25 August 1870 Paris, France of unspecified causes.
He died unmarried and without legitimate issue, and his titles passed to his distant cousin Francis Seymour.
