Richard de Poynings, 4th Baron Poynings was born circa 1355 in England to Michael de Poynings, 2nd Baron Poynings (c1318-1369) and Joan de Rokesley and died 1387 Spain of unspecified causes. He married Isabel de Grey (c1364-1394) .
Summoned to parliament from 7 January, 1383 to 3 September, 1385. He accompanied John of Gaunt into Spain, and dying there in 1387.
