Robert Seymour was born 20 December 1748 to Francis Seymour-Conway, 1st Marquess of Hertford (1718-1794) and Isabella FitzRoy (1726-1782) and died 23 November 1831 of unspecified causes. He married Anne Delmé (-1804) 15 June 1773 . He married Anderlechtia Clarissa Chetwynd (c1765-1855) 2 May 1806 .
