Robert Wayne Cringan, 63, of Huachuca City, Ariz., passed away at his home on Saturday, Dec. 20, 2008.
He was born on May 7, 1945, in Camdon, Mo., to the late James Cringan and the late Velma Butler Cringan.
He was raised and educated in Richmond, Mo., and graduated from Richmond High School. He also attended Pima College.
He proudly served with the U.S. Army and was a veteran of Vietnam. During his distinguished military career he received many awards and retired from the Army. Robert enjoyed working on cars and reading.
As per his wishes, he will be cremated and a memorial service celebrating his life will be held at the Main Post Chapel at Fort Huachuca on Monday, Dec. 29, 2008, followed with military honors.
Bob is survived by his sons, Robert II, Chad and Matthew, and his daughters, Linda Vachalck and Cheryl O’Bryan. Other survivors include his five brothers, Bill, Jim, Jack Huey and Raymond Cringan, and his two sisters, Agnus McMillian and Annie Cringan. He was the proud grandfather to Alexis, Drew and Makenzie Cringan, Tim, Tom and Brandi O’Bryan, as well as Robert and Jared Vachalek.
Bob was truly a great friend and father. Those that knew him were very privileged. The love and kindness he taught his family will forever be in their hearts. His family are proud and honored, because of him, they have live a better life.

names of his brothers and sisters - He has five brothers names are - Jim, Jack, Bill,
Hughy, and Raymond Cringan and has Three Sisters Agnes McMillan,
Anna Cairns and Martha Stock. He was preceeded in death by a sister Cero Mae
McElwee. He has a lot of nieces and nephews.
Another thing he didn't graduate from Richmond High, He finished he schooling
in the Army. Yes, we are very proud of him, he was a great brother and friend.
We will miss him very, very much.
