Roger Nathaniel Frankland was born 11 April 1909 to Frederick William Francis George Frankland, 10th Bart (1868-1937) and Mary Cecil Curzon, 17th Baroness Zouche (1875-1965) and died 1989 of unspecified causes. He married Elizabeth Cecil Sanday (1909-1968) 11 May 1931 . He married Olivia Campbell (1905-1987) 16 April 1947 .
