Rostislav Vasilkovich of Terebovl was born circa 1095 to Vasilko Rostislavich of Terebovl (1067-1125) and died circa 1130 of unspecified causes.
Rostislav Vasilkovich, Prince of Terebovl (1124-1130), was the son of Vasilko Rostislavich. According to Ukrainian historians L. Voytovich and M. Grushevsky he was cristened Grigori and was the youngest son of Vasilko Rostislavich. According to A. Presnyakov, he war cristened Yuri and was the eldest son of Vasilko Rostislavich.
Together with his brother Ivan and with Mstislav of Kiev in one thousand one hundred twenty-five - 1126's supported by Rostislav Volodarevich of Peremyshl against his brother Vladimir Volodarevich of Zvenigorod, supported by the king of Hungary.
After Rostislav's death, the Principality of Terebovl was taken over by his brother Ivan, and incorporated into the Principality of Halych.
According to L. Voytovich, Ivan Rostislavich Berladnik was the son of Rostislav Vasilkovich, not of his cousin Rostislav Volodarevich .
