Biography

Almost all historians consider him and Svyatoslav Vseslavich to be the younger sons of Vseslav Bryachislavich. After the death of his father in 1101, he received some inheritance in the Polotsk land. According to Voitovich, this was the Lukomsk Principality . In his lot he ruled until 1129, when the Grand Duke of Kiev, Mstislav the Great, made a march to the principality of Polotsk, capturing all Polotsk princes and members of their families, depriving them of their possessions and expelling them to Byzantium . Among the exiled was and Rostislav. More about it nothing is known.
