Sarah Cadogan was born 18 September 1705 in The Hague, South Holland, Netherlands to William Cadogan, 1st Earl Cadogan (1672-1726) and Margaretta Cecilia Munter (1675-1749) and died 25 August 1751 of unspecified causes. She married Charles Lennox, 2nd Duke of Richmond (1701-1750) 4 December 1719 in The Hague, South Holland, Netherlands.
