She married Stephen Arnold Douglas (1781-1813) 1820 in Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts. She married Gahazi Granger (1775-1869) .
Married first to Dr. Stephen Arnold Douglas, by whom she had two children, including Congressman and Senator Stephen A. Douglas, who ran for president against Abraham Lincoln. After the death of Dr. Douglas in 1813, she married Gahazi Granger.
