Biography
Scroop Egerton, 1st Duke of Bridgewater, was born 11 August 1681 to John Egerton, 3rd Earl of Bridgewater (1646-1701) and Jane Paulet (c1655-1716) and died 11 January 1745 of unspecified causes. He married Elizabeth Churchill (1686-1714) 9 February 1703 . He married Rachel Russell (c1700-1777) 4 August 1722 .
