The couple was married recently in Assumption Roman Catholic Church by the Rev. James Dolan. director, Religious Education Center, Clifton. A reception at Hanover Manor, East Hanover, followed the ceremony. The bride is the former Sharon Lee Vibbert, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Vibbert, 37 Jefferson Ave. The groom is the son of Mrs. Jean Freudenberg, 24 Elm St., Denville, and Richard Freudenberg, Jersey City. Mrs. Russell Bauldry, Morris Plains, was matron of honor. The bridesmaids were Nancy Cornine, West Caldwell, and Janice Lucia, Morristown. Robin Lawrie, Mendham, was junior bridesmaid. Edward Rawnsley, Lake Hopatcong, served as best man. Ushers were Robert Swet and Jeffrey Doremus, both of Denville. The bride was graduated from County College of Morris, Randolph, and is a registered nurse at Morristown Memorial Hospital. The groom is a graduate of Morris Knolls High School, Denville, and is a carpenter for St. Charles Designer Kitchens, Summit.

It appeared in the Star-Ledger of Newark, New Jersey on December 28, 1996: "Sharon Freudenberg, registered nurse, 43. Mrs. Sharon Freudenberg, 43, of Succasunna died yesterday in Morristown Memorial Hospital. A Mass will be offered at 10:30 a.m. Monday in the Church of the Assumption, Morristown. Arrangements are by the Doyle Funeral Home, Morristown. Mrs. Freudenberg was a registered nurse for 23 years with Morristown Memorial Hospital. She was a 1973 graduate of the County College of Morris in Randolph. Born in Morristown, she lived in Succasunna for 10 years. Surviving are her husband, John; a daughter, Jaclyn; a son, John Jr., and a sister, Mrs. Jean Lawrie."
