Sophia Augusta von Anhalt-Zerbst was born 9 March 1663 in Zerbst, Germany to Johann von Anhalt-Zerbst (1621-1667) and Sofie Auguste von Schleswig-Holstein-Gottorf (1630-1680) and died 14 September 1694 Weimar, Germany of unspecified causes. She married Johann Ernst III. von Sachsen-Weimar (1664-1707) 11 October 1685 in Zerbst, Germany.
