I do not know a Spicey but in our line of the last name WALKER, there is a Dicey in the family tree via marriage. Dicey Thernsen 1873- , married G.W. Thompson 1866- , were mother and father to Foy Lee (Fey Lee) Thompson 1903 - 1968, and she married David Walker 1895. They had three sons: Harry Gene Walker, Jack Walker (living) and Jimmy Walker (died in or near 1968). They were settled in Enterprise, Ala. and near by areas. Maybe this will help you? On Ancestry.com there are at least two families with this history. Sorry I do not kknow her "Dicey's" parents. Try Ancestry.com and look under Wilson Family Tree and Walker Family Tree and it could be there.
