This template has been specifically designed for use on category pages that are linked from the "People" group of a county genealogy navbox (Template:Navbox county2-en and similar), but it is not restricted to those categories. Like Template:Catmore, it links to the primary article associated with the category, but it goes on to encourage users to write on that article page, not the category page.
