Thomas Ainsworth Anlezark was born 1771 in Pleasington, Lancashire, England, United Kingdom to James Anlezark (1733-1772) and Margaret Ainsworth (bef1753) and died 3 April 1834 Liverpool, New South Wales, Australia of unspecified causes. He married Ann Starmer (1767-1825) 1804 in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
He arrived in New South Wales in 1802 on the Coromandel (or the Perseus?) as a convict.
