Biography
Thomas Finch, 2nd Earl of Winchelsea, was born 13 June 1578 to Moyle Finch (c1556-1614) and Elizabeth Heneage, 1st Countess of Winchilsea (1556-1634) and died 4 November 1639 Charter-House Yard, London, Greater London, England, United Kingdom of unspecified causes. He married Cecilie Wentworth (1593-1642) 1609 .
He inherited the earldom of Winchilsea from his mother.
