Thomas Howard was born circa 1778 in Nottinghamshire, England, United Kingdom and died 3 October 1841 Castlereagh, New South Wales, Australia of unspecified causes. He married Ann Williams (1794-1855) 5 October 1811 in St Philips, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
He arrived in New South Wales on 16 December 1810 on the Indian as a convict.
