Biography
Thomas Nelson was born circa 1839 in Makenny, County Tyrone, Ireland to Andrew Nelson (c1812) and Catherine Lindsay (c1816) and died 12 October 1899 Kangaroo Valley, New South Wales, Australia of unspecified causes. He married Mary Moffitt (c1834-1906) 8 November 1860 in Derryvullan, County Fermanagh, Ireland.
He arrived in Sydney, New South Wales on 30 January 1865 on the St Hilda.
