Thomas Williams was a Gentleman of the Bedchamber to King Henry VII. Originally from Wales, he later settled in Stamford, Lincolnshire. After he died, a contract was made about his sister Matilda enjoying the family lands in Wales. Thomas had a few children, one wed Richard Slyford, and a son William Williams married Elizabeth Upton.
