Thomas de Mowbray, 4th Earl of Norfolk, 2nd Earl of Nottingham, 7th Baron Mowbray, 8th Baron Segrave, Earl Marshal, was born 1385 to Thomas de Mowbray, 1st Duke of Norfolk (1366-1399) and Elizabeth FitzAlan (1366-1425) and died 8 June 1405 York of execution by decapitation.
He was betrothed to Constance De Holand (1387-1437), then a child, but the marriage was never consummated.
