Valeria Iarca was born 1890 in Romania to Dumitru Iarca (1856-1941) and Sofia Saligny and died 1917 Romania of unspecified causes. She married Constantin Filotti (1888-1961) .
Valeria Iarca married her childhood sweetheart and first degree cousin Constantin Filotti, both being very in love. The marriage ended tragically in a few months, apparently because Valeria was mentally instable and tried to kill her husband. They divorced in 1915, after this incident. Valeria died a few years after her divorce.
