Vasili Vladimirovich of Uglich was born 9 July 1394 in Peremyshl, Kaluga Oblast, Russia to Vladimir Andreyevich of Serpukhov (1353-1410) and Elena of Lithuania (?-1438) and died 1427 Russia of plague. He married Ulyana Mikhailovna (?-a1446) 1401 JL in Russia.
Vasili Vlamirovich (Russian: Перемышльский Василий Владимирович) was the fifth son of Vladimir Andreyevich of Serpukhov (1353-1410). At his father's death the principality of Serpukhov it was divided into several appanage principalities and Vasili inherited the properties of Uglich and Peremyshl, taking the title of Prince of Uglich and Prince of Peremyshl. The Principality of Peremyshl was short-lived. The title had not existed before Vasili Vladimirovich. He died childless in 1427, during the plague and his successors did not take the title after his death.
