Vismantas Bulaičiai (?-1251) was a Lithuanian prince, ruler of the principality of Šiauliai, located between the Principality of Samogitia and the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. The links between Vismantas and the city of Šiauliai are not proven. The chronicle indicates that he was killed in his castle Tvirimantu (or Tviremietj or Tviremietj} - a castle which has not been identified somewhere in the Lowlands, though some indentify locate it at Tver.

He is considered to be the first husband of Morta of Šiauliai. There are few information concerning Vismantas, the main being his conflict with Mindaugas, Grand Duke of Lithuania. During one of these encounters, Mindaugas took Morta from Vismantas and married her, the date of this marriage being unknown, probably around 1245. Vismantas continued his war with Mindaugas and was killed in battle in 1251.
