Biography
William Cecil, 2nd Earl of Salisbury, was born 28 March 1591 to Robert Cecil, 1st Earl of Salisbury (1563-1612) and Elizabeth Brooke (1562-1596) and died 3 December 1668 of unspecified causes. He married Catherine Howard (c1588-1673) 1 December 1608 .
