William Edward Seymour Waldegrave, 10th Earl Waldegrave, was born 2 October 1882 in Montagu Place, Marylebone, Middlesex, England, United Kingdom to William Frederick Waldegrave, 9th Earl Waldegrave (1851-1930) and Mary Dorothea Palmer (1850-1933) and died 30 January 1933 Chewton Priory, Chewton Mendip, Somerset, England, United Kingdom of pneumonia following upon influenza.
He died unmarried at age 50 and was succeeded by his uncle, Henry Waldegrave.
