Biography
William Elphinstone, 15th Lord Elphinstone, 1st Baron Elphinstone, was born 18 November 1828 to James Drummond Fullerton Elphinstone (1788-1857) and Anna Maria Buller (-1845) and died 18 January 1893 of unspecified causes. He married Constance Euphemia Woronzow Murray (1838-1922) 16 June 1864 .
