William Hopkins II was born 31 January 1686 in Scituate, Providence County, Rhode Island to William Hopkins (1647-1723) and Abigail Whipple (1658-1725) and died 8 July 1736 Scituate, Providence County, Rhode Island of unspecified causes. He married Ruth Wilkinson (1686-1726) 1730 in Providence County, Rhode Island.
