William Robert FitzGerald, 2nd Duke of Leinster, was born 13 March 1749 in London, Greater London, England, United Kingdom to James FitzGerald, 1st Duke of Leinster (1722-1773) and Emilia Mary Lennox (1731-1814) and died 20 October 1804 Carton House, Maynooth, County Kildare, Ireland of unspecified causes. He married Emilia Olivia St. George (1753-1798) 4 November 1775 .
