Yaroslav Ingvarevich of Dorogobuzh was born circa 1185 to Ingvar Yaroslavich of Kiev (c1152-1220) and died circa 1230 of unspecified causes. He married Daughter of Roman Rostislavich of Smolensk .
Yaroslav Ingvarevich (died after 1229 ) - Prince of Shumsk (1223 - 1227), Prince of Lutsk (1227-1228 ) and Prince of Medzybozh (from 1228 ), one of the four famous sons of Ingvar Yaroslavich. Two of his older brothers (Izyaslav Ingvarevich and Svyatoslav Ingvarevich) died in the Battle of the Kalka River
Biography
After his death at the reign of Lutsk was taken over by his younger cousin, Ivan Mstislavich ( 1227), Yaroslav took Lutsk, but was soon expelled by Daniil Romanovich Volynsky, receiving in return Lutsk Peremil and Medzhhibozhye.
During the campaign against Halych in 1230, Vladimir Yngvarevich is already an ally of Daniel, Yaroslav is not mentioned.
During the Mongol invasion in Kamenets Yaroslav Ingvarevich was taken over by the family of Mikhail Vsevolodovich on his way from Kiev to Hungary. The information is contained in the Laurentian Chronicle and usually is interpreted with reference to Yaroslav Vsevolodovich of Vladimir .
