Zemplínska Nová Ves (Hungarian: Zemplénújfalu, Zemplénújhely) is a village and commune in the Trebišov District in the Košice Region of south-eastern Slovakia. The settlement was established in 1964 by merging the former independent settlements of Úpor and Zemplinský Klečenov, which at present are component neighborhoods of the commune.

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1263.

The village lies at an altitude of 129 metres and covers an area of 10.704 km². It has a population of about 952 people.
